m15 R5, no screen display after updates

Try a reset -- power off and disconnect the AC adapter and the battery from the system board.  Hold the power button for 30 sec.  See if the system will then power up.

@ejn63​ it powers on, but still no display just a black screen

You'll need a flash drive set up with the latest firmware to try a recovery.

@ejn63​ tried this nothing happens, continues to flash red 3 times and blue 4.

I should not, when powered on normally lights are all ok, no flashing sequences sounds like a normal boot up after a min or soo the fans kick in but still black screen.

Is there any image on the screen if you boot to a screen diagnostic (hold the D key through powerup)?

@ejn63​ Nope, no image logo  or text to me looks like a dead screen.

3.4 means recovery image not found -- I suspect it's not getting far enough into POST to allow the screen to run.

While it could be a bad screen, the odds are higher it's an incomplete firmware flash that's left the system in a zombie state.  If you're sure the recovery flash drive was made correctly but the system won't boot from it, the more likely thing to do is replace the system board.
