m15 R6, which docking station works?

Here is the current info on my M15 R6 - Still no video output from the USB-C port

The Dell Thunderbolt Docking Station (WD19TBS) will not charge your Alienware laptop.  I own an Alienware M15 R6, for the moment I also own a WD19TBS Thunderbolt Docking Station.  I called Alienware support when the docking station wouldn't charge my laptop.  (a diagnostic message displayed prompting me to plug in the laptops charger in addition to the docking station because the USB-C couldn't charge laptop.  Alienware Support confirmed that there are NO docking stations (Dell or otherwise) capable of charging Alienware laptops. (an unfortunate design flaw)  You can get some docking stations to connect some peripherals but you will need an external power supply.  I'll be returning the Thunderbolt Docking Station tomorrow.

New to Dell laptops.  Ordered a m15 R6 and need to run dual monitors. Several post in this thread state " Dell's stance to me was docking stations are not supported on Alienware laptops. "

But you were able to get and are now have dual working monitors?

And your fix and from other is to update all the required related drivers listed in yours and several other post?

If I can't run a docking station an dual monitors I will be returning.  The m15 R6 doesn't have enough ports to meet my needs.

As of today my monitor still only works through the HDMI port on my M15 R6. I've tried every solution suggested and worked with EMC Cares support and even did a wipe and re-install which did nothing to correct the issue. I am using my OWC Thunderbolt 4 docking station for ethernet connection, mouse, keyboard, and USB portable drive but the video output does not work through USB-C. Even plugging my HDMI to USB-C adapter directly into the USB-C port. 
Also, with everything that has been done the issue is related to the 1.4.3 BIOS update that was required back in August this year. Both monitors worked fine for me and my laptop and dock till I installed that BIOS update and ever since then the USB-C video output does not work. Believe me when I say they had me try everything twice over and still it doesn't work. 
After doing a restore to factory and then having to reinstall everything on my laptop and it still not working I've given up hope. I will say EMC Cares has recently tried to connect with me over the last 10 days to see if they can try something new but I've been busy and am just tired of the whole situation, time taken troubleshooting, along with a factory reset. I will reply back to this thread if I ever get something working with the USB-C and video output. BTW, I don't use my docking station for power I keep my laptop plugged into it's charger. 

Thanks for the information. I have the exact same experience. I tried three different thunderbolt docks, Dell, Toshiba and 3rd Party. Video out via Thunderbolt no longer works on all of them with the latest bios.

Dell needs to fix something that they introduced in these bios updates

Do I need to keep Hybrid Graphics enabled to use an external display through Thunderbolt? Since it seems it's the Intel graphics card that handle that connection, per the comments above?

i am using Dell Docking Station - USB 3.0 (D3100) with my m15 r6 but apparently, this is what support says "Alienware systems are not designed to work with docking stations perhaps this can be the reason of the issues you are having" 

I have the "multiple power button press to turn on the laptop issue". i just remove the docking station today so we'll see if that was really the issue. 

Im running a m15 r6.I have a veiw Sonic and a Dell 32 curved monitor.The veiw Sonic is vgi,the dell has newer hookups.Whats the best way to hook these both up
