m15 R7, cannot be turned on, keyboard stuck at rainbow cycle

My m15 R7’s display won’t turn on for no apparent reason. My device is a few days old, and there is no damage. When connected to a power source, the keyboard does the rainbow cycle thing, and the Alien button flashes between blue and yellow. Upon holding down the button, the fan turns on for a few seconds then shuts down. Nothing else happens. When I disconnect it from the cable, the Alien button goes white, and the keyboard keeps doing the rainbow cycle. I tried turning it off, holding down for 60 seconds, all the usual tips. They don’t work, and the display still would not turn on, even though the logo and the lights at the back of the device are blue, the button is stuck with yellow and blue.
