During the first 30 days there is option to Reject Alienware m15 R7 that is not the system that was ordered. Dell Refund policy, New vs Refurbished - Dell Community Full refund is usually requested, otherwise the Dell warranty continues, whereas a new purchase starts with a new Dell warranty. Please action asap.
