My Alienware, m15 R7 touchpad worked some time properly and some time it didn't worked according 

to my experience most of the time when i check device manager it HI2C driver shows me the error message and when i uninstall that driver and the restart the laptop it worked but most of the time while working it again got stuck and not working also in windows search when i type touchpad there is no option of touchpad me i am very frustrated with this issue can someone guide me with this that is it hardware issue of drivers issue and how i can fixed this issue according to me if it hardware issue the why sometimes it work properly and sometimes it not working at all plz help me with that.
