m15 R7, Touchpad settings don’t exist

Question

I use an m15 r7. I’ve been using a mouse for a while and I usually turn the touchpad off. I’m in a situation where I can’t use my mouse and I need the touchpad on. But when i look for touchpad settings like everyone says to do, they aren’t there. What am I supposed to do?

Did you remember to remove the USB receiver for the mouse? Usually when that is installed it overrides the touchpad. The Dell touchpad settings should be in the Control Panel. You can also click on the search in the taskbar and type in touchpad.
