m15, refurbished, Dell Outlet

Last month I've got my new Alien Ware m15 laptop from Dell-outlet, and... Its not as they promise! When I first  entered Dell's website, the "Quality guarantees" where every where! no matter where I looked or what I clicked they told me "the laptop you will get is in a new-like condition!". but that was not the true at all! the second I used the laptop for the first time, it got over heat and reached 107 C! when i called the support they ran some diagnosis on my laptop and the results were shocking! Its not only that I've got the laptop with problems in it's cooling system, its that they already did those checks! (I could see it on the diagnosis history). After their “qualified refubrishers” Checked the computer, looked at the diagnosis results, did NOTHING to fix it, and putted the "Refurbished certification" stamp, They just sent it to me the way it is! unusable! I payed 1650$ for this laptop! its a monthly salary for me! and they just sent me a beautiful box with glowing alien face on it, that got over heat even before I opened a browser or something! just imagine what could happened if I tried to play a game on it! so I really want to get answer how I payed 1650$ (which is a monthly salary for me!) and got a broken laptop with the exact same problem that the diagnosis show in they’re technical lab. The fact that you saw the error (with the exact same error code) in serveral tests, and still sent it to me the way it is, that's the worst thing I could ever imagine From a company like dell which is known by their good products and service!

While no one else's positive experience can make up for your negative bitter experience.   My refurbished experience could not have been better.  I have carried around, and used nearly everyday a refurbished Alienware 15 R2 and have had, I think, about the same experience if it had been brand new, and in first rate shape.   That is, I have lose some pixels on the screen, and Alienware support replaced screen. With those temps, you do have the laptop on a solid surface where it can get air underneath it? I guess you are still in Warranty, let us know how it goes.  We, other users,  are interested.
