@andre.pix   - I guess you should disable or uninstall AWCC and wait for Dell to release a new version to fix these probs, if none of the suggestions @DELL-Nat M made in the thread I linked above help you.

Me too. -_- This PC has NEVER worked as advertised and slowly degraded before they fixed the horrible intel chip failure. They keep saying to be patient. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A WHOLE YEAR SINCE PURCHASE WITHOUT FULL USE OF MY LIMPING PC. This is ridiculous

As coincidence or not my Dell G15 started to get really laggy at the same time this notification started popping up. I think I will have ro reset my windows because of this.

@DELL-Nat M I am not holding my breath. This computer hasn't worked at 100% since I received it almost a year ago.
I was sold a lemon and told to wait and deal with it. If you bought a car that could only drive 30 miles per hour when you needed 70, you would get a replacement car at the same or better value.

Dell thinks it is okay to say, We KNOW its broken. Its not OUR fault we took your money and gave you we promised as good. just drive 30 miles an hour,  we will fix it eventually. Maybe. Trust us! We have a good record of at least SEVEN FAILURES TO FIX THIS YEAR! Only ONE tech gave me any useful help, which was custom settings to stabilize longer. THAT INFO SHOULD BE EMAILED TO EVERY CUSTOMER THAT BOUGHT but it isn't. This is a massive to its customers. So, sorry for not being excited about a forum reply.

So, first off, I am not using an Alienware PC. I had bought an Alienware M610 wireless mouse about 3 weeks ago, and installed the latest Command Center for it (the full package option).

For about a week, it worked fine, no issues, all features worked, even the game library options. About a week later, I started getting that error. I would have to close it a few times before it stopped appearing, and if I opened Command Center, my Game Library was empty, and I couldn't add games as it would give me an error.

At that point (after trying multiple suggested fixes, reinstalling (using Revo) and even doing system restores)I just uninstalled the software and used the mouse without it.Last week I had enough Dell Points saved up to get a decent discount on a MK510 Mechanical keyboard, so I took it. Got the keyboard, Windows recognized it fine, and figured I would try the software again.

I installed it and immediately got the error again and Game Library issues after restarting the pc. I decided I didn't care that much about using it for managing games and such, as long as I could use the other features, and so, did the following:

  1. Closed Command Center. Next, opened Task Manager and then under "Processes" found "AWGameLibrary.UCSubAgent".

  2. Right clicked it, went to "Open File Location". I then renamed the file adding ".old" to the end after ".exe" (really you can rename it to anything, we just want the app to not be able to find it)

  3. Restarted the Pc and opened command center....and no error...and Game Library was populated and everything was working. Been a week later, and everything still working great.

If you check Task Manager and the apps folder, it has recreated the exe file again, and somehow, this new one works as it should.

If this works for others, let me/us know, and I can type up something a little cleaner and begin re-posting elsewhere. :) Hope this helps, at least till Dell puts out a real fix.
