m16 R1, overheating after Windows update

My alienware m16 R1 is overheating just by turning on since the usual system update. The updates are Dell, Inc. - Firmware - 0.1.15.0 , Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.409.34.0) - Current Channel (Broad), Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.409.33.0) - Current Channel (Broad), Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.409.19.0) - Current Channel (Broad)

I'm using the high performance mode for usual task that wasn't ever required before. Should I uninstall the updates or do something else?
