m16 R2, battery drain, doesn't turn on

I bought my laptop in July 2024. After three months, my battery started to drain out from being hibernating. I don't think that should happen but the REAL PROBLEM is that once it does, it doesn't turn on. I have to remove the battery and wait a while for it to turn on and when it does the screen shows a message about the bios, which makes me nervous. This happens every single time a let it unplugged at night. I invested on that laptop because I thought I was getting the best brand. Can you help me?
