Spent an hour on the chat with support today, updated another 4 drivers / programs, updated the headset firmware, no change. Tested on another laptop (an 8 year old Latitude) and it replicated the fault. They are sending a replacement headset, however since its bluetooth related issue I seriously dont think the problem will be fixed, but will wait and see.

Curious? Did they have you enter the m16 R2 BIOS--> Connection, Disable Bluetooth. Press F10 to Save changes and exit into Windows.
Once into Windows, restart, press F10 to enter the BIOS. Go to Connection and Enable Bluetooth. Press F10 to Save changes and exit into Windows. Then retest?

Hi all,
Not sure this is applicable to just an individual laptop model so making it generic in the topic. (I had a post in the Alienware section but no replies).
I have recently purchased am Alienware m16 R2 and love it, mostly using it with a Bluetooth Logitech MX Keys and M337 Mouse. Works great.
However I just picked up a pair of Dell WL5024 Bluetooth headset. Also work great and sounds great. I have it paired to my M2 and my Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus. When listening to music through the computer, the bluetooth mouse intermittently goes jittery and delayed, 5 seconds or so every few minutes. If I answer the phone through the headset but still connected to the computer (audio stops automatically) then the mouse is full time jittery and delayed and impossible to use (touch pad works perfectly).
Its taken a lot of testing and fiddling and usage of the past few weeks to narrow down the exact use case issues, but after working out when it faults it has me even more stumped as to what is causing it! I have updated all drivers in the laptop to latest versions, tried turning off power control putting USB controller and Bluetooth controllers to sleep, tried a device suspended disable registry hack, tried updating the mouse drivers etc.. I am at a loss!
