m16 R2, UGREEN USB microphone issues

So my built-in microphone is Intel and I have a UGREEN USB microphone not showing volume bar when plugged in. So basically when I connect the microphone thru a (USB) HUB the microphone gets "regular USB drivers intall" and works, when I plug it direct to the laptop windows installs it as (another) intel microphone and doesn't work, how can I "isolate" the intel driver just to work with the built-in mic but my USB mic works as "independent" mic from the bulit in?
