m17 R1, Display Refresh Rate

Question

I own a 2019 edition Dell Alienware m17 R1 with:

i7-8750H

Intel UHD 630 and Nvidia RTX 2070 Max-Q

I looked up and found out that my Nvidia card can run 120Hz however when I looked in windows settings it only offered up to 60Hz refresh rate. Is there any way I can get my laptop to run up to 120Hz?

The m17 R3 was not released until May 2020. Perhaps you have the January 2019 released m17 R1? The m17 R1 LCD's (FHD 1920x1080 and UHD 3840x2160) capped at 60Hz refresh rate.
