m17 R3, cannot use Alienware app?

Question

I use to be able to use My Alienware app and now it won’t let me use it. It keeps giving me a black screen with these three phrases =

EP_Exception_Header

EP_Exception_Subheader

Ep_Exception_Button

What does this mean?

I had this problem as well. I noticed it was causing it to do that when I had the game fast enabled on the killer control center. If you use the killer app I would check that it is disabled.

Can you reinstall the application and updating everything to the latest version?

Hi @Agent_ICM  seems to be Windows 10 black screen application problem. If windows 10 thinks you have 3 monitors, try button combination Windows + p + down arrow twice to solve this problem.

Once you try crimsoms solution, try to check if uninstalling the program and reinstalling would help.

Disabling Gamefast on the Killer Control Center fixed the problem for me.
