m17 R3, crashed, wont turn on lights blinking

Question

Hello, I was using my laptop and upon exiting an application(minecraft) windows/the screen froze, the screen remained frozen for a minute and preceeding that I force shutdown windows via holding the power key, afterwards I attempted to restart the laptop to which it refuse to come on, the fx lighting did not turn on anywhere and the screen also remained black, the power button began flashing the following pattern 3 red, pause 5 blue. I've found nothing in regards to the pattern, please help

3,5 is a power rail failure. Hopefully the system is under warranty - call Dell; the mainboard needs to be replaced.

The key for the LED fault codes is in the service manual (under troubleshooting).

It is under warranty, a few months new, but what exactly causes this to happen

Hi @Kirill17 Motherboards are tested for their function during manufacture. The first 30 day acceptance duration acknowledges that the complex motherboard needs to be used, to find early reliability failures.

Diagnostic LED code 3,5 = Power-rail failure

Your motherboard has a manufacturing defect, please contact Dell Order Support to request a new replacement system.
