m17 R3, stadium light (back ring) doesn't turn on

The stadium light doesn't turn on. I've tried the software procedures below when the lights don't work, but didn't solve it. I didn't remove the battery though.

Alienware FX light issues

The keyboard, alien head (both back and front) work normally.

I've upgraded from Windows 10 to 11, but I'm not sure when it stopped working.

Could you please help?

I do not know what "stadium" light means? Do you mean the rear LED Tron lights as shown in blue here?

* Open the Alienware AlienFX Editor
* Click "Go Dark"
* Restart the Laptop
* Open the Alienware AlienFX Editor
* Click "Go Light"
* Restart the Laptop
* Did the rear LED Tron lights come on?

Hi, Chris.

Yes, that light. I tried your suggestion, but it didn't turn the light on.

Thanks.

i have the same problem but to fix this you might have to uninstall command canter and download it again, if that doesn't work then update command centre. or you will have to remove the back plate and reattached the wire.

I've removed and reinserted the Tron-light cable and it worked.

Thanks, @abraxxax.
