m17 R4, LCD has a line in it

So, since I got my m17 R4, there has been a line. It's centered and just above the loading when it has the blue startup or shutdown screen on Windows. At first I just thought it was part of some new Windows whatever because it's just in right place to look like it. But then I realized it's always there under certain color situations. red, blue, green and when I did the diagnostic I could easily see it was yellow on an orange background. When I watch shows on it, it's like my mind is now trained to snap to it. Also when I opened it yesterday, the whole screen was bonkers, I missed getting a picture of that and I quickly shut it again in a panic. But it was like a bunch of squares like a chessboard. It was still the background image, but all a mess of lines horizontal and vertical back and forth across the board, and super glitching. Pretty much like a demon had infested itself into my computer. Anywho, help? I can't seem to get a hold of anyone in support. The phone number to call just hangs up on me once I enter my express service code, chat just says try again later, and the WhatsApp support just seems to check in daily to say it's ready to help, but then nothing until support closes, when it says it will get ahold of me tomorrow. But no actual person is there, so I guess try here, come on support people.
