m17 R5, upgrade the GPU?

Support for the Alienware m17 R5 AMD lists the discrete Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) options that can be permanently soldered onto the System Board. GPU—Discrete options for Alienware m17 R5 AMD To upgrade the GPU—Discrete requires purchase and installation of a different System Board (aka motherboard) and maybe different screen and additional cables and ports.

Please chat with Dell Support to see if there is an exchange option for a higher specification Alienware m17 R5 laptop.
