M17x, Bios lockout
I recently installed a new hard drive, memory, battery and WiFi card on my old Alienware M17x laptop and need to adjust bios but I'm locked out/don't remember pin? Can anyone help??

You will need to call Dell support to have the system unlocked.

I very much doubt Dell will help you out on such an older laptop but you have a small chance only if you are the original owner and can prove it.
There are sometimes people on eBay that can assist and I've had to use them before with some success.
