M17x R4, another GTX 1070 upgrade thread

Hello guys, first post on this great forum,

As title says I'll be attempting to install a gtx 1070 on my r4, I have read several threads about this but have some questions still, some threads ask for a modded bios others just modifying th .inf file on the Nvidea driver. Which one should I perform?

I already installed the 120 Ghz 3Ddisplay on my device and got it running as at first it won't boot at all with it, so I had to perform a vBIOS flash, then the PC booted without problem. So my card is already in the mail I have not received it yet, but I would like to be prepared once it arrives, is it something I can do so that once it arrives it is plug and play? or I must have it first and then start doing the tweaks?
