m18 R1, every single game I play crashed!

I just bought m18 R1 in last (November 2023) Black Friday from Dell official website. Recent 1 month, I found 3 games that I play will crash. 
First one: League of Legends, it will be disconnected and I have to click “reconnect” frequently in each round. Internet is well. 
Second one: CS2, it will shut down immediately and frequently.

Third one: Forza Horizon 5, same issue with CS2, shut down with no reason. 

Notes: due to those issues, I reinstalled the Windows 11. Same! Unresolved! The all drivers are up-to-date!
