m18 R1, failed power on

Question

My Alienware m18 Failed power on

When I hit power button, keyboard rainbow color lighting and after about 1 min laptop will be power off and again power on with same situation. and this loop will be continue (monitor completely black)

Also when I disconnect adapter, laptop don't power on with battery!

could you help me about this error?

and how I can reset bios defaults in this situation?

First to troubleshoot is the AC adapter and battery. Make sure you have the correct wattage adapter to power your system and that the battery is good.

oh yes it is from AC adapter connection. I change to new wire and now good working
