m18 R1, No supported AlienFX devices were detected
Alienware m18 R1 AMD
No supported AlienFX devices were detected. Any idea why this is happening? Reimaged laptop with our corporate Windows 11 Enterprise build. Now we are unable to figure out how to change the keyboard colors / configuration. We get the above error when launching the Alienware Command Center application.

Hi @troutkillermiller my fully featured Alienware 17 R5's AWCC has the Library and Fusion tabs, but has lost the Home and FX tabs and also says: No supported AlienFX devices were detected. It is 'stuck' in dark mode. There is speculation that the AWCC firmware code has permanently damaged the EEPROM chip on the main board. When this happens, user reinstatement of the EEPROM function is not possible.

Can you see the temperature readings? Does it show the temperature of the computer?
