m18 R2, arrow keys issues with games
I typically map games with movement using the arrow keys. On my PC I have no issues, but ever since I bought this new M18 R2 with Windows 11 Pro, I started having problems. Specifically, after mapping the arrow keys for UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT the games work just fine for movement, HOWEVER it also FIRES the gun in my hand at random times by pressing the up arrow key. Firing a weapon is mapped to primary mouse button. So I'm not understanding why this happens with the laptop and not the PC. Fallout Las Vegas and Cyberpunk 2077 are two games in the last week with this problem. Do I have a bad laptop or others seeing this as well?

I am having the same problem on my M16 R2 playing Call of Duty 2. Direction keys cause my weapon to fire. I haven't tried other FPS games yet (a new PC) but suspect the problem will manifest itself.
Is there a special key mapping on Alienware?
