m18 R2, ram usage 70%?

hi dell.

ive gotten my laptop a few days ago and ihave been downloading my apps on it to start. from the first day till now, my ram is almost at 70% all the time, even though i have no apps running. i am not playing any games on this bad boy, will only use it for architectural softwares,

i have got a alienware R16 for 2 months now which also shows 50% ram even though no apps are running.
