No Lights Working 17r4

Hey guys I got my 17 R4 a month back and suddenly yesterday all of its lights have stopped working. Ive tried reinstalling Command Center by following all the steps even tried alienfxtester. It says no board detected and gives some long code error in Command center. How can I fix this ? Is this some hardware issue or what ?

I really need to get the solution to this problem as I cant get them fixed anyhow?
is there some coding error something?
