Don't you just connect a USB keyboard in "Nordic" layout, then specifiy it in Windows?
I know this means having a second keyboard, but unlikley that Dell will manufacture a laptop specifically with Nordic key layout - US would be the most widely used so they stick with that...
I'm in Australia and we have to use the US layout - not a big issue given the same language i know but not sure many laptops come with differnet key layouts anywhere...

Another option would be to change the decals on the keys on the integrated keyboard - can by sets online, this ones Danish but not sure which country you are in... https://keyshorts.com/collections/language-keyboard-stickers/danish they have many.
