the enter key on the numerical keyboard is faulty
On 04.03.2019 I purchased, online, from Dell Corporation Limited UK a laptop DELL ALIENWARE. The unit delivered to me on 14.03.2019 is not of satisfactory quality. The enter key on the numerical keyboard is faulty and does not work. How can be that possible ? Has anybody had the same issue?

What specific Alienware laptop model? Since the system is under warranty, give Dell support UK a call and let them help you. It is possible that the keyboard is defective but they can diagnose that and correct it.
One question though. Was the key working when you first received the system and if so have you made any changes or installed updates lately?
