Unable to Change Keyboard Backlight

Looking for help concerning my Alienware lapotop. It's an Alienware M17 x R4. I recently had to have the hard drive replaced as it died out on me. After having the hard drive replaced and the OS reinstalled (Windows 10), everything seemed to be working just fine. My keyboard's backlight still lights up with the same pattern as before the crash. Issue now is that despite reinstalling Alienware Command Center and AlienFX, I can't seem to interface with the backlights anymore. ACC doesn't seem to acknowledge I even have backlights as it doesn't provided the FX interface menu. I have tried downloading Alienware Control Center as well with the same negative results. I have followed all the steps to ensure Alienware Command Center was installed properly. Even followed the detailed steps for uninstalling and reinstalling the program, still no luck. Anyone have an idea where to try going from here?
