Unable to Create Service Request

So, my motherboard in my Alienware 17 died.  Purchased a new Alienware 18.  They had to send out a service tech to my house and they replaced the battery and fixed a few things that were actually never plugged into the device.  They also sent a new power supply.  Fast forward a short few months and now the SupportAssist App is saying the battery is bad.  I click the prompts to create a service request and it says it's unable to create a service request at this time.  I've tried this several times over several days and always the same results.  Ideas how I can move forward?
