USB-C doesn't work well

I have an Alienware Area-51m with the following specifications:

On the USB-C port, I connected an external monitor Model: Samsung C24F390FHE.
On screen display is not available. But on the display system it reads (View Image 4)

I tried cleaning temporary files using the CCleaner application, for a while the screen display was available, 
but then it turned off again. and so on. (watch video)

please help to find a solution.

Check your docking station setup and/or the quality of thunderbolt adapter/cables.
