USB ports not working...need help

Hi there I'm using an Alienware gamming laptop, I kept on getting BSOD thus I re-installed my window11. however after the re-installation all my USB ports , USB-c port stopped working..

I've tried all kinds of general solutions, e.g. update drivers/device manager uninstalling reinstalling drivers, update everything I can... BIOS updates.. tried wired device/ wlreless device, they just can't be deteccted.. even can't detect my thumb drives.. i even re-set my laptop once more, still the same

side note: the ports have power supply, my laptop cooling pad works when plugged in, also can charge my phone with a USB cable.

very strange:(:( does anyone the reason for this... appreciated it!!
