Warranty for other drives after installing a SSD?
I added one more SDD on my laptop "last year"
and "recently", my HDD was failed (not recognized)
I chatted with the Dell customer center and they said that it is not covered within the warranty because I add one more "OTHER" SSD.
I never touched the HDD or changed the driver.
I just add one more new SSD on the laptop.
Is this correct??
If someone adds a new driver, the customer cannot get any warranty about even other drivers?

Hi @esoots,
Adding a second HDD will not void the warranty. Send me a private message with the Service Tag so I can review your case.
