Try checking the DNS server and which port is the laptop connecting on while your doing work. Next is trying to find out wether everyone else’s laptop works normally.
My old laptop, alienware r4 connected to it just fine. Co-workers are connecting to it just fine as well. It is literally just this new laptop, and this new laptop is having an issue with only this router.
When it connects to the WiFi, it works for 10 seconds or so even, but drops shortly after and just says "no internet connection."
You should try buying a New WiFi Card to see how that one works.
The thing to do before the Buying part is reset the computer with a fresh clean install of windows 10 to verify it’s not a Software Error instead of a HardWare error.
It is an image of the Problems Found after running the troubleshooter.
1) The connection between your access point, router, or cable modem and the internet is broken. *Detected* 2) The default gateway is not available. *Fixed*
This was after the reset that you suggested.
Also, I wanted to thank you for all your help, I appreciate someone else input on this a bunch.

I’m sorry don’t do what I said above.
go to settings and click the network settings and click network reset or just search network reset in the search bar within the settings app.

I can’t see the image you posted. All I see is a yellow triangle.

This is after the reset as you suggested, it didn't work so I ran the trouble shooter. This is what it says each time it is ran.

Your welcome.
Try reinstalling the drivers for your network card or try disabling it and re-enable the WiFi card in the device manager.

Did you install/upadte anything from when it was in working order up to when the issues occurred?
