Windows 11, VCDS, unable to open interface, in use by AWCC

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to temporarily disable AWCC (Alienware Command Center)? Basically want to scan a car and cannot because Alienware software is hijacking the USB connection for whatever reason and cannot complete the update to do a scan.
