If your Alienware x14 has Dell warranty, please click on Contact Technical Support and request online session to fix software and/or instigate replacement part and installation.
If still under warranty, click the Get help now icon on the right of this web page to start a live chat session.
If you connect a USB external keyboard and it works properly then you will probably have to replace the keyboard although there is a keyboard-controller board in the system and could also cause problems. Run diagnostics, F12 at boot, just to confirm the keyboard problems.
