x14 R2, mute buttons not working

Question

Hi,

I used to have my mute buttons (microphone and speaker) working before. It is because I have updated the BIOS? When I press them, it won't work anymore (no white light).

I have check the Realtek Audio Universal Service and restarted it. Still not doing anything.

I have played the BIOS to check and uncheck the Fn key, still not doing anything.

I need help ! Thank you

For now, please use the mute on the taskbar (when tapped the volume mute button becomes white with an x next to the speaker).

So this same thing was happening to me, my mute button was stuck on white and my audio mute button did not work, I shut down my computer and went to work and when I got home and started everything back up and both mute buttons were working normal after that.

Hey Folks, I updated the AWCC and my bios is also up to date still the mic and mute buttons are not working on my x14r2. They were working fine until last week before a bios update that happened earlier this week i guess. What to do next ?
