x15 R1, 2 red, 3 blue problem

Question

I opened a new tab in my browser and my computer screen glitched and froze. I shut down my computer and rebooted it but the screen did not turn on, instead, the color code 2 red and 3 blue started running in the alien logo. I know the issue is that it is not detecting memory or RAM. Because the RAM is soldered to the motherboard. Is there a fix to this issue?

Unplug the system and disconnect the battery from the mainboard. Hold the power button for 30 sec. Reassemble and try again. If that doesn't solve the problem, the only fix is a replacement system board.
