x15 R1, cannot change keyboard from RGB wave

Is anyone else having issues with not being able to change ANY of your keyboards color settings (macros)? Lately I cannot change my keyboard from the basic RGB wave. I don't even like the RGB. My saved "themes" that I KNOW I have different keyboards on change nothing but the back halo. I'm starting to get very frustrated with this device.
