Hallo Sarah,
I had the same issue with my brand new X15 R2.
Sorry to say, but I have found no solution besides replacing the X15 R2 or replacing the mainboard.

Hello @Sarah2002 ,the laptop was replaced at that time.But you can try the following:You can test the RAM using Memtest86 and then exclude the faulty RAM addresses.https://www.memtest86.com/blacklist-ram-badram-badmemorylist.html Good luck!
