It's a known issue since the last couple AWCC and OC control updates.  Right now the only workaround is to turn off virtual machine platform, windows hypervisor platform and in your security settings turn off memory integrity under device security.  Reboot after turning those off and the CPU and memory panels showed appear again.

Per Dell-Cares update, toggling Memory Integrity off allowed the system to work with AWCC/overclocking again. 

I haven't used AWCC much lately but was going to try this out on my personal machine eventually.
