x17 R1, AWCC install problem, AWCC_CORE

I had this issue for a very long time, before i fix the problem but now after ask for update it happened again.

I open alienware command center, ask for update then i update but nothing change still cannot use the software because features on the app keep spinning / loading. so i uninstall the app using revo.

Downloaded the new AWCC app, restart and install, stuck at AWCC_CORE then installation canceled

my suspect on this app that make it error, like previous version i had to terminate elcsetup.exe to make it not error or canceled but this time there is no elcsetup.exe running

Dear Dell, can You just make Application work for this time!! i had a couple issue with your software like SupportAssist that cannot run! i had to remove or rename UpdateService folder then start a service "Alienware Client Management Service" 

Please fix this, its been so long so many customer got this problem
