x17 R1, keyboard LED Rainbow Wave direction

When laptop power on, keyboard LED Rainbow flows left to right. But when windows start up, it flows right to left. Very bizarre behavior. This started to happen after the firmware update. There is no way to change rainbow wave flow direction. Touchpad LED flows correctly. Looks like more people are having this issue. Here is reddit link. Anyone know how to fix this minor issue? Possible registry edit?
