Which update failed so that x17 R1 stopped working? Please include more information. Thank you.

This is just an example. It wouldn't let me do a hard restart or ctrl, alt, del.

Hi, thanks for the reply. It was a system update. I didn't catch what update it was as it started automatically when powered up. It read "please wait, installing a system update". I'd say it had installed about 90% and then stopped. It stayed like that for about 5 to six hours.
