x17 R2, AWCC Fusion GPU power limit
Alienware x17 R2
After the last update, I noticed that the power limit for the GPU (3080 Ti) in AWCC Fusion is unchangeable. It was able to go up to 129% before the update. I also noticed that there's no working undervolting since the last few BIOS updates. Is there any plan to bring these back? Or am I just missing something?

The power limit just helped get a bit better of an overclock but if it's not going to be used anymore, I don't think there should be a slider in command center that's not adjustable. I believe that 1.9 was the last bios that it worked on? I did downgrade to it but I was mostly wondering if that was going to comeback in a future bios update or if they decided to not have it. It's another slider in command center that kind of does nothing right now

Why would you need to exceed 100% GPU power limit?
What was the last BIOS that allowed undervolting? According to the BIOS 1.11.0 notes, you can downgrade the BIOS back to BIOS 1.6.0.

Hey,
Did you find anything new since then?
I can confirm this is not BIOS related as I had this slider under 1.8.2. It was also visible on MSI Afterburner. I re-installed Windows today because of performance issues and after getting everything up and installed, I noticed the power limit slider is now greyed out both in AWCC and MSI Afterburner. My BIOS version did not change. I'm also on the latest RTX 3080 Ti vBIOS version which is here.

I guess you have the latest Nividia driver installed ?
This is due Nividia driver - maybe a bug or feature.
If you reinstall latest Nvidia driver from Dell, you can move the slider again.
Please check.
However, 100% should be sufficient.

Having same exact issue with the X16. After the (mandatory) AWCC update I lost the ability as well.

Why wouldn't we? Part of buying these machines is so that we can change the limit of power to benefit more from the higher TGP of our cards. We buy a laptop, that supports 150w + 15w but yet because of the poor software we can't use that 15w boost and therefor lose performance. My X16 out of the box has not been able to hit over 150w because of this.
