@Chino de Oro It doesn't work.    I keep getting an error message that the wizard is interrupted before it can complete.    I have tried repeatedly.

@GSXRSquid i had the same problem as you. try downloading this version <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell> then cut wifi open the app and proceed with installing until it fails and asks you to turn on the wifi  so you turn it on and click "retry" then it will complete the installation with no problems .

that worked for me .

That didn't  work.    I have uninstalled it and installed it a dozen times and different versions.  I have an installer  that will completely remove it.   I tried it the way  you said and it went through and never asked for internet.   It said the installation was complete.    It does not show up in my programs and nothing on desktop.   I can't control keyboard lighting.  I am open to suggestions.

I was desperate and followed all of the directions Dell gave me. I followed them over and over. Because the program would not delete completely I used REVO uninstaller, deleted everything per Dell, and it still would not install. It said it was installed but did not show up in the application listing and no Icon on either the desktop or taskbar. So I used the recovery function and did a complete reinstall of windows. I then installed The support assist launcher and ran it. It gave me a list of updated for drivers and APPS. I did NOT update any driver, which I had previously. I left all original drivers intact. I then  downloaded the command center. This time it installed flawlessly and is running. IF you have been having the same problem I hope this works for you. Leave a comment if it does.
