Is port 843 open for socket policy file?

Hi,

We are working on a flex application that integrates with EMC Atmos online storage. While trying to connect to accesspoint.atmosonline.com at 843 (Adobe checks default on that port for a socket meta policy file) it times out. Here is the error we are getting:

Error: Request for resource at xmlsocket://accesspoint.atmosonline.com:443 by requestor from https://x.x.x.x:10443/infratest/EMCTest.swf is denied due to lack of policy file permissions.

Any help/insight on this is greatly appreciated.
