Once you obtain a an api key in the tech direct portal there is a link to download the SDK which includes the documentation in pdf format.

You can use the API to query by Product Code (prodcode).  That will be the product code that is the string that presents when you would manually search by product.  For example PowerEdge R740 would be poweredge_R740 or something very similar.  It may have changed since I wrote their automated driver discovery and pull process for one of Dell's teams.

@mitchellreese​ Side Note:   Before you start looking.... I looked for years, and they never had a list of product codes listed anywhere.  I created my list, imported into table, and wrote a management module to manage the products that could be assigned to the pulls, parses, etc.    Later wrote in routines to check versions and for previous existence to insure I wasn't wasting bandwidth and processor pulling and processing already pulled drivers, etc.
