Avamar 6.1 Proxy FLR ACL Issue From Image Backup

ACL is not retaind during FLR from image backup .  I wounder if the issue is within the Vmware API ,but I don't recall seeing this permission issue in pre 6.1 code level. I'm leaning toward a bug in avamar code rather than  Vmware API snag.

  For now, mounting the volume or using guest level backup address the ACL issue as work around. 

Hopefully, our expert avamar guru Anderson will have an answer to this Q   .
