Avamar 7.1 BMR Backup Open File Errors

Question

I have been testing BMR with different scenarios and found that some BMR backups give 'Completed w/Exceptions' notice and Error Code: 10010 'Command completed with open file errors' Digging through the logs it is primarily Symantec that is giving this problem. Besides being anal and wanting all my backup jobs to just say 'Completed', I have some management overhead to investigate exceptions. I really do not want to leave it this way with the assumption that the open file errors are always Symantec. What if another problem pops up and then my BMR is compromised? So, how can an exception be added for the VSS Plugin BMR backup for paths such as Symantec? I don't see that in the documentation as an option. Thanks!
